Personal Coaching offers high intensity functional strength training.
It includes movements that build strength, stamina and speed by choosing the best aspects of sport and fitness that relate to everyday life and combining them together.
Climbing, lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying - similar to daily tasks - are typical of the movements involved.

Why you should consider doing it
It’ll make you stronger all-round and build your cardiovascular endurance. Workouts are usually in groups and that makes you part of a like-minded community.
Is Personal Coaching right for you?
If you like to challenge yourself while working out with others, CrossFit is for you. There are no fixed routines and everyone - young, old, recreational and athletes - can train together because each person’s intensity is set according to their level of fitness.
A Typical Personal Coaching Programme
A warm-up at the beginning and a cool-down at the end envelope the main activity called the workout of the day [WOD]. It changes everyday and focuses on combining exercises lasting for a set amount time, or until a set of repetitions is completed.
WOD are high intensity and range between 5-15 minutes. Sounds short, but don’t be fooled.
Available Options
Classes and sessions available to members include early morning and evening sessions with several highly active and friendly groups.

What does WOD mean?
WOD is the main set of exercise activities of the day and coaches will set new ones for every session. It’s never boring nor the same. Expect varied, functional exercises every time.
What Can I expect at my first class?
Energy. Excitement. An enthusiastic and supportive group of members to train. Lots of sweat is complementary.
Do I have to be fit to start?
No. Your fitness will improve as your workout. Although some movements may be challenging at first, our coaches will be close by to help you.
What equipment or gear do I need?
Just your gymwear, a towel and a water bottle. Plus, lots of enthusiasm.
